I read a Chronicle of Philanthropy article regarding CEO salaries at non-profits. As a 501c3 non-profit, we have to submit a 990 as well but is much easier than the big foundations. The Rockefeller Foundation submitted a 990 in 2022 that was 245 pages. I wrote a post on LinkedIn that conveyed my thoughts.
